ABOUT THE WEST END GALLERY
My association with the West End Gallery goes back to the mid seventies when i worked in the same art studio as Harry McGregor who was not only a tremendously gifted and hugely successful artist but went on to become first owner of the West End Gallery. A little later in the early nineties the West End Gallery was bought over by my good friends David and Danka Reid. With David and Danka at the helm the gallery continued in the same excellent tradition moving from strength to strength.
It was at the West End Gallery with the help and encouragement of David Reid that i started to enjoy incredible sales success with my work. It was through the West End Gallery in the early 1990's that my now signature, instantly recognisable and unique original artwork first appeared.
When the opportunity presented itself for me to become the latest owner of the gallery in 2018 it was the easiest decision to make. We opened as Ron Lawson West End Gallery on March 16, 2019 with a stunning sell out exhibition.
With the incredible hard work and efforts of my family team I look forward to the Ron Lawson West End Gallery having a very bright future.
